Tania Tagliavento is Associate Director of Client Service at Winthrop Wealth, where she focuses on the people, processes, and technology behind the client experience. She works closely with advisors and client service professionals to improve how service is delivered, build processes that can scale, and mentor team members. She also partners with colleagues across Marketing, Operations, Financial Planning, and Portfolio Management seeking to ensure clients are well served at every step. Her goal is to help the firm innovate while holding on to the personalized, relationship-driven experience its clients value most.
People rely on Tania to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to the client experience, to work through complex service issues, and to get teams working well together. Colleagues know her as someone who turns ideas into action and sees initiatives through to completion. Her leadership style is grounded in optimism and support. She’s at her best when she’s helping others succeed, whether that means coaching, removing obstacles, or improving the way work gets done.
Her approach comes partly from her own experience. Early in her career, she gained a strong appreciation for the value of clear communication, consistent service, and making every client feel seen and supported in such an important financial relationship. That experience is why she wants every Winthrop Wealth client to feel they have a trusted advocate in their corner, and to see the firm as the first place they turn when something important happens in their lives.
Tania has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was Associate Director, Client Implementation and Transitions at Cambridge Associates. Previously, she held leadership and client-facing roles at wealth management, investment research, and investment management firms, developing deep experience in client relationship management, business development, and strategic client service. The industry continues to evolve, and she finds it rewarding that the work is always providing opportunities to learn and grow. She earned her MBA from the Simmons School of Management at Simmons College and a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Roanoke College. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts.
Tania grew up in Winchester and now lives in Newton. She and her husband, whom she adores, love traveling together and seeing as much of the world as they can. She is also a proud stepmother to Liam and Myles. Closer to home, you’ll find her catching live music at local Boston venues, cheering on the Boston teams, or out to dinner with friends. She loves being outdoors, whether skiing, hiking, or spending time on the water, and she’s a self-described baking enthusiast. Tania volunteers regularly with Lasagna Love, making meals for families in need, and supports the intellectual and developmental disabilities community through local organizations. She is a proud member of the Women’s Alliance of Financial Advisors.
